Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
How to Request a Refund
- Go to your My Account page and find your order.
- Click “Request a Refund” or contact us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll reply within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (processing may take time).
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at shop@dranton.pk
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).
